The holidays are approaching quickly and the to-do lists keep getting longer. I am finding myself jumping from one activity to the next with hardly a moment to stop, reflect, and reset.
With character being this month’s theme, I have been asking myself lately, “Are my priorities in alignment with what I want my character to be?” Where and how we spend our time provides great insight to our values. Perhaps it’s okay, maybe even necessary to stop the hustle and bustle for a moment to check in with ourselves and ask, “Am I using my time in a way that builds my desired character?”
