Proud Parent’s Jill and Neil: Drew is a very focused and interested boy who loves to play basketball, handball, piano and Wii games with his brother Jamie. Give him a challenge and he will find a way to solve it. He loves to present the kata’s he’s learned and memorized, and always looks forward to his Karate lessons. Drew is a very thoughtful and caring friend and looks for ways to mediate when his classmates argue sometimes.
Sister Paige: Drew is an awesome brother. He likes to help me make dessert pizza and eats the batter with me. Drew continually plays handball at recess at school and can beat me in what he calls “The Olympics” for handball. He is a great person.
Teacher Karen Ohrn: Drew is a hardworking and diligent student. He always rises to a challenge and likes to solve problems….the harder the better. He will sit with a problem and doesn’t give up easily. He is friendly, soft spoken, easy going, and always has a positive attitude.
